Eligibility
To use this website and engage our services you must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction
- Representing a legitimate business or acting on your own behalf for legitimate commercial purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
The website is informational
Our website provides information about our services, insights, quizzes and tools, career opportunities, and ways to contact us. Nothing on the website constitutes:
- A binding offer to provide services
- Professional advice for your specific situation
- A guarantee of results
- An agreement of engagement
Any engagement of our services is subject to a separate written agreement between you and the relevant Oxpier company.
Services
We offer the following services:
- Managed virtual assistant staffing: Dedicated, managed virtual assistants for your business, from $11 per hour, on a pay-as-you-go basis with no long-term contract
- AI and automation systems: Custom systems and workflow automation, quoted per project
- Websites, Google Business Profile and SEO: From $400, with larger projects quoted individually
- Lead generation: Outbound campaigns, list building, messaging and appointment booking
- Training and internship programs: Skill development for aspiring professionals
We may add, change or retire services over time. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and terms for any engagement are defined in a written agreement or order accepted by both parties.
Pricing, trials and pay as you go
Prices shown on the website, including “from $11 per hour” and “from $400,” are indicative starting points. They are not a quote or an offer. The final price depends on scope, role, hours, complexity and other factors, and is confirmed in writing before work starts. Prices are in US dollars unless we say otherwise and may exclude taxes, payment fees and third-party software costs.
Virtual assistant staffing is billed as you go for hours worked, with no long-term contract, unless your written agreement says otherwise. We offer a free Confidence Trial for new staffing clients. Its length is agreed with each client before it starts. The trial is a short period at the start of the engagement in which you can assess the assistant, at no charge, before you decide whether to continue. If you continue after the trial, hours are billed at the agreed rate from that point, as set out in your written agreement.
AI, automation and website deliverables
For AI and automation systems, websites, Google Business Profile and SEO work, the scope, deliverables, milestones, ownership of work product, third-party licences, hosting and support terms are set out in a written agreement, proposal or statement of work. If the website or a conversation with us describes a feature or outcome that is not in that agreement, the agreement controls.
AI tools can produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, and for the data you give to systems we build for you. SEO and search visibility depend on third parties such as search engines, so we cannot promise any ranking, traffic or placement.
Calculators, quizzes and estimation tools
Our website includes tools such as the Pipeline Stress Test quiz and other calculators. These tools are for illustrative and educational purposes only. Outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and general assumptions. They are not guarantees of business outcomes, revenue or return on investment. Your actual results will vary based on factors outside our control.
Do not rely solely on these tools for making significant business decisions.

Nothing on this website commits us to a specific price or scope outside of that agreement.
