Sam Bello founded Oxpier Consults to help growing businesses remove the operational bottlenecks that slow them down. A trained accountant with an Executive MBA and an MSc in Information Technology specializing in Artificial Intelligence, he has spent more than 13 years across fintech, financial services, SaaS, procurement and accounting.
He has served as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner and Executive Director, leading operations across North America. At Oxpier he oversees delivery across staffing, automation and web development, working directly with business owners to design systems that hold up as the business grows.
